Thank you for supporting Code 3 Cord Company — a female veteran-owned business proudly serving first responders and their families.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options for domestic (US) orders:

  • Free Shipping — Available on qualifying US orders (see current threshold at checkout)
  • Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at lsandlin@code3cordcompany.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
